And what yardstick did u take to measure that? Am not Yoruba before u start thinking I am, I am just trying to be rational here. There are different tribes in the banking sector and different tribes dominate some banks. But even if its the Yoruba that dominates it,so!! It doesn't matter,strive in your own little way to make things different ,am a strong advocate of one Nigeria free of ethnicity wars. And one Nigeria filled with love, Yoruba's help each other and that's why they move forward,we Igbo's should take cue and see if there could be a little change and not badmouthing other tribes.

Apply immediately, recruitment process takes at least 6 months before getting an offer. I'm also a serving corp member but have been getting invitations for aptitude tests from various companies.
NB: will be passing out by March 2019 if all things being equal.

Ok Madam... Watch and see the recruitment process. I talk from experience.
Applied for a job in January, got shortlisted for the first stage of recruitment in the first week of July. Still waiting for outcome and the month is about to come to an end. I equally know of a recruitment process that took 4 years.
