Yes you can, they will use their current exchange rate and convert it to naira for you. That was what I used for a while before opening a domiciliary account with them .

Your domiciliary account should have initial opening balance, which the list a bank can accept is $100 depending on the bank, some require upward of $300.

Skye Bank requires $100 I'm dead sure of theirs.
