PraisesG:

Chickenpox has a drug, please visit another hospital,

It doesn't actually....

It's a viral infection which clears on its own.....

The antibiotics and vitamins are just to help the immune system right it....

You can ask Google to clear your doubts

I can't remember the exact words of the doc, but she said something like they don't give antibiotics or injection to infants anyhow at that age cos while it would clear off the infection, it would also kill some good bacteria and cells, thereby weakening the baby's immune system. She said their body would naturally fight it off, so she only gave me drugs to stop the spread, itch and for relief. Calamine lotion, ampiclox, piriton, and paracetamol.

When she explained this, I was kinda skeptical. still skeptical cos the bumps still looks about the same. If by tomorrow, it doesn't reduce, I'll go back. But I hope it doesn't get to that. The good thing is she is still very much active and playful, doesn't act like someone that has chicken pox. And it's only spread on her arms and legs, and few on her face.

Exactly what I was told when my son had it.The first 3 days was terrible.I waited it out and like after 7days it dried up.
I was told that, they only treat the symptoms, that it will run its course.
Not easy to wait it out but i assure you, she will be fine.

I didn't use mine on a rash though,I used it from something that looks like burns caused by pampers, it would dry it off in 3 days and come back again once I stop that is why I said it doesn't work. .. i have suggested baby tribotan to my friends and it worked wonders
Okay i get you, havent had cause to use tribotan though.

I believe its far easier to be treated in babies, and may not even require surgery.. I had a cousin with born with it. And her legs are perfectly normal she's 17 now. It was done at UCH almost as soon as she was born. But I have very little details about how it was done, cos I was young then. But I don't think surgery was involved, maybe rigorous exercise and therapy, and I think orthodox treatment was involved

did the spot clear. And what did u use for the spot to clear
The one that cleared easily were the ones that dried up on its own.The ones that he scratched gave him some scars.I was only using ori.It took some time for d ones that gave him wound to clear off.
Try as much as possible not to scratch any of them, if they dry up on their own, within a week it will clear off.

It is can be treated easily. Tell the mother to go to Lasuth or Luth. Orthopedic doctors are the specialists involved.
I have seen babies that were treated and you wont even know they had any issues before.

Hi,she should not be worried it can be treated. It's going to involve casting which would be done weekly or every 2weeks depending on the extent of it for a period of 5-6 weeks. Casting involves manipulating the feet and putting it in the right position with the use of pop. After it has been corrected,a shoe is to be worn for a period of time to keep the foot in that position.
She can go to military hospital/ igbobi/Luth or lasuth

Yes they do !!!...
Regardless of how careful we pride ourselves on being careful, they still occur.
It could occur at HOME..involving the kids while they play(ingesting foreign

It could occur at the WORKPLACE...(office, factory, etc)
It could occur while ON THE ROAD (travelling with the family or daily commuting)..
It can occur while the kids are in SCHOOL....

Hello,

Please where is the school you got for 75k and 150k
The bill I got for my child is about 200k and I am in OGUDU as well
The one for about 75k is QueenMary School, opposite vision scape..near pako busstop..

Then about 150k for Mictec School at Emmanuel high.. close to Ogudu police station. ..

I heard leadforth gate inside GRA is above 200k.

We have decided to go with Mictec, that's where my heart lies... atleast no payment for school bus as our house is pretty close.. He will be starting summer school there on Monday..

cheers...
