start from what you and your wife will wear, except your wife is working, she should be able to get that for both you. Just write out whatever you want to buy and put prices.

Does your budget include rites? Traditional?
Can you state all the necessary fees you have to pay? After deductions, you’ll get the real amount to be worked with.
Necessary fees are fees like church payments and those that cannot be negotiable or avoided.
