Reason given was that my package was seized by customs, so he had to get it from another source
Mind you, no tempered glass and no silicon case
After several minutes of altercation on phone, he promised to ship to me a tempered glass within 2-3 weeks even though his advert reads 2 tempered glass as freebies

Fast forward to today, I sent him a message this morning asking him about the status of the tempered glass but he didn't respond for more than 5-6hrs even though message was delivered immediately
Wrote on nairaland around 6pm about him ignoring my message and he replied within 3 minutes...
Coincidence? I don't think so

I'm not one who's willing to tarnish anyone's image but we should encourage people to be truthful and do their due diligence... Now, Mr Noobody is ranting on my WhatsApp now even going to the extent of saying the tempered glass was a gift which he reserves the right to withdraw

1) befor you paid me,how many case and tempered glass did i promise you?i have the chat screenshot to proof,if you decide to say otherwise,i promised you 1 case(which came with the phone,and 1 tempered glass),i never ever promised you 2 tempered glasses.

Except you are comfortable with people telling you lies. Someone is just open and realistic with you, yet you want to put words in his mouth.

No amount of reassuring will speed up your package.

This custom fee is random, but it was unfortunate it happened.

You have a right to do as you please but you need to be patient here. if indeed it's true your item is still stuck with DHL and he got another item for you except the TP and case,then it shows he cares about his customers (yeah this might not mean anything to you because you paid him for express shipping and you expect him to deliver as you have no biz with whatever challenges he is facing) but this should give you the reassurance that he will come through with the promised freebies.

Be patient, for now get a matching TP that would serve you till you receive the one you are expecting from him and heck you can as well buy from people who have one readily available. Protect your property.
