Hello guys, a friend of mine got his Canadian citizenship revoked and is planning to visit usa. I want to ask if there's a possibility for him to get Visa. He had been to the United states many times before the revocation. My questions are:, is he going to tell them he has been to usa before and also where they asked have you hold or held citizenship of another country besides Nigeria? Because of the fear since 2013 i decided not to apply. I got a job with an audit firm that same year with good salary and married 2016 but told my wife to apply alone and she didnt fill my name as her husband as advised by agent unforunately she was denied.

Now we have both travelled to south africa last month with our daughter and we wanted to apply for US now for 2weeks vaction. I know my chance is slim but just want to seek for advise here. Assist look into my case plzz

I have done some stupid and crazy stuff to my fellow beings but what I never do after restitution is go back to ask for the same thing that destroyed my integrity.

You are one of those who destroyed immigration chances for genuine couples when Nigeria was still eligible for visa lottery.

You won't get a visa and I'm sure you're still banned. I have to be honest with you I don't believe you will return to Nigeria if you get the Visa because you think South African trip history is enough to clean your misdeed.

Like Seyewest said, both countries share information so it’s very unlikely he will get a US visa. The only reason why his citizenship can be revoked is if it was obtained fraudulently through misrepresentation.

Please give us the full story, like why his Citizenship was revoked and why is he eager to visit U.S so fast? You should know that the moment he applied for U.S Visa, is Canadian history will come up even without him telling them (The two countries share info about applicant).

212(a)(6)(C)(1) findings are for material misrepresentation, and carry a lifetime barr on travelling to the US. If someone has a 6(C)(1) finding, while they are welcome to apply for a non-immigrant visa, there is a multi-step process:
