How many on this forum can confidently say if truly merit is followed they should make it that are still expecting. It's time to rob minds and ascertain if the exercise was truly merit based or people were just deceived.

DPR by history has a way of employing the highly connected and preaching merit. Once they recruited resume, they will be instructed not to tell anyone one they know any body.

Let's sample ourselves and see if there are elements of the same old system or Tata has truly effected change.
