I attended the church of Jehovah's Witnesses and i noticed they don't compel people to pay Tithes and Offerings like most Pentecostal churches.

All they have is a box where any willing attendee is free to drop whatever he or she desires. No POS, no long sermon, no threat on giving like most Pentecostal churches. Jesus Christ never forced people to give and Christians are meant to emulate Christ.

I don’t like their doctrines but on this i am impressed.

Stop being foolish, I have seen cases where offerings have been said to be too small... All these guys use is psychology.
They focus more on preaching about tithes and offerings... do the witnesses do that?
Even my beloved catholic have joined them... the only reason I still keep the faith is the Charity work like orphanages they run...

Donations, they cost it and contribute towards it, they don't hire bricklayers, electrician, or Carpenters they do all the work themselves, that's why they don't have abandoned building, they start it and finish it instantly. Everyone join in building work kids, women, and men.

There's a lot of psychological manipulation in play to coerce people to give, but under the African definition, that doesnt really fall under the category of 'force'

Based on my own opinion, i think they don't force people to pay, rather they only used persuasive, appealing, coded, manipulative, religiously captivating and heavenly inspiring words or terminologies in getting monies from their members...

So it's left for the member to technically unravel their tricks or fall for them.

When it comes to offering, give as heart pleases don't be compelled to do so because God loves a cheerful giver then have your blessings. The scriptures even said that it is more pleasant to give than to receive. Concerning tithe, as for me there's nothing like tithing because it only existed in the old testament and I'm believer of new testament.

In the surface, it's not really seen as 'forcing', but when someone you hold in high esteem, revere and even fear, psychologically blackmails you with religious and eternal damnation threats in order for you to part with your money, it is only in Africa that such acts are not viewed as 'Force'.
