It used to be on 10east; tracking freq,3649h20160 , you can try.. blind scan after you hit maximum signal...

You just need to blindscan under a satellite name with c-band parameters as you said only their previous decoder was faulty.

and in addition to what they are saying u need to do the scanning by 2pm to 4pm that is when u will get their full channel

Fibre dish I guess....
1) Lnb type- consider trying another Lnb..fibre is quite selective
2) Refoiling- if the surface foil is bad, refoiling will give u 2-4% increase that will make the signal stable.
3) Avoid going to tweak the dish so much.

Ur location is important

Heat generally affects signal strenght, if you refoil as sugested, make sure you repaint the back from black to grey. What is your lacation?
