It's not easy to find those kind of players that will lay their lives down for the coach anymore. He should show he can adapt. That's what we want, somebody that can adapt and not look for excuses. Imagine you're a manager in a company and always looking for excuses why something can't be done? You shouldn't expect positive appraisal at the end of the year na or promotion
