Are we really on the same issue here? By his definition of "DEVELOPMENT" infrastructure is not inconsequential in any society!!! By infrastructure he means Transport networks such as roads, rail and air transport constitute zero in the Nigerian society. Infrastructural development such as availability of health facilities & schools is not necessary in Nigeria? What am i really reading from your thoughts.
