A thread of Kenya versus Nigeria has brought other countries into it. Ghanaians are backing Kenyans and viceversa and also Tanzanians are backing Nigerians and vice versa. Going forward I'd like this thread to be majorly an affair of Kenyans and Nigerians only without much the talking of their geopolitical competitors of Tanzania and Ghana respectively. As a Kenyan I see Ethiopia as our potential challenger in East Africa,the rest aren't even near!

For real! One thing (often the only thing) that communist nations never fail at is proving that they are awesome nations after all, through sports. Tanzanians are a special branch. I did see one running in Nairobi last year during the U18IAAF but he made sure he finished last. Could be he had dementia and forgot what communists do in sports on that particular day. Or the Nairobi crowds drove chills down his spine.
