Eyaa, i feel for him. Please no diaper during the day, leave soap for now when bathing him, no spunch too. Just warm water. Rub ori (shearbutter), free up his bum for fresh air. Give him fruits rich in vitamin or simply give him vitamin c, this should hrlp him heal up in two days. You may also apply normal powder (not dusting powder oo, it will hurt him more).

Freeing his bum, please also watch the weather around you. Its a bit cold now so you may need to wear him something light but not diaper for covering.

Let him go bare for now no diapers. Just wear loose pants day and night, you can use an under lay for bedtime or spread nylon with old bedsheets on top to absorb urine and poop.

When he is healed be sure to apply base cream before diaper and not leave the diaper on for too long.

Also he may be reacting to the diaper you use, did you change brands or place of purchase? Might be inferior quality.

My son and nieces reacted badly to the red Huggies so I stay clear of it.

Ali express and alibaba are the sister companies right? I bought a set of onesie sourced from there clearly stating carters, and it came delivered as cartars. Crazy right? sorry I'm just seeing this.

you pour hot steamy water in a bowl. preferably be in an enclosed place like bathroom. then you can put about two drops of silverbird (eucalyptus oil). n allow ur baby to breath in d steam. pls don't place ur baby too close n don't put too much of the oil as the smell is very strong.

another thing I do is to put the water in a rubber cup with handle, put the eucalyptus oil in it n gradually bring it close to her nostrils. so she can breathe n it can more effectively steam her face. but to do this you have to put good precautions in place so the water does not pouring on your baby. like cover her with thick clothes or shawl, hold the cup firmly, remove the water on n off so it's not too much. sometimes if I have someone to help I can cover a little with towel just to prevent the steam from escaping. just for few secs per time o. maybe ten secs

I used a leaf called never die,put leaf on low heat for it to get soft,then squeeze it, water will come out one the navel,after bathing in the morning and night but still clean with the spirit n cotton wool.Hope it helps

honey001 I used moko methylated spirit to clean in the morning, at every diaper change and night, it fell on the 3rd day immediately we got home. Same thing with my daughter.

Biko mamas I think my baby has cradle cap... She developed a red rash on her face and head two weeks ago. Her face is clearing up but the flaky like thing on her head I noticed it two days ago and it’s developing on the places she has the rash.

Please mamas that experienced this with their LO how did you treat it? I’ve been reading plenty different things on google.
