I don't think you're serious at all... How is wike trying ? How many times have you been promoted ? How manybtimes has your step risen from its current stage ? Those that are promoted has it reflected on their salaries ? Why should we be even paid in the first week of next month ? Why can't we get paid on or before 30th or 30st of the month ? The best develpipment is human development while infracture comes next, that wike is building and patching roads is good but he should have done a better thing by taking care of civil servants - effects promotions and promote as at when due. The roads will not vote him it is humans that will OK!
