Eeh yah...take heart....some with virgin passport still get TRV approved.....do good to share details.........support will come easier that way for your reapplication......(purpose of visit.....a brief on ur current qualification and what qualification you seeking in canada......You may also consider the relationship with what you do now in terms of employment/business versus the qualification u are seeking in Canada.... overall the employment prospects in your home country with the canadian qualification.

My first application was on April 17th and was through an agent in Lagos. After my first application, I joined nairaland and discovered the packaging was poor.
Went through some threads and was enlightened on how to tackle common reasons for refusals.
Decided to re- apply by myself.
Reapplied in June at vfs Abuja, I live in Lagos tho.
Program: PGD
Course : RN- critical care nursing , Niagara college
Was skeptical about reapplying because it's a PGD. After I got my refusal, I didn't bother to order for notes cause I felt I couldn't wait for so long before reapplying.

I used the ideas from this thread and previous ones and
The difference in my second from first application were:
A well detailed, real and sincere SOP, made sure I proved I am taking a step of academic progression, made sure I explained why I want the course, how I will survive with funding, my intentions to return to manage my mother's business.
My personal bank statement showing my savings and a deposit of 10k dollars equivalent transferred to my account.
Pay slips - was payed monthly by a relative.
Letter of introduction - I graduated last year and was working voluntarily as a nurse for 6 months.
Sponsorship letter explaining how the funds have been allocated for my education and survival. Also explains how my sponsor will survive while I am away.
Letter or clarification
Reference letter from bank
Sponsor bank statement
Sponsorship letter
Land document or sponsor
Ielts result
Bsc certificate
transcript
Offer letter
Receipt of 1st term fees payment.
Needed to prove I am a real student.

it was 2 weeks exactly.

I have 10 years working experience in Nigeria in telecoms industry. I cannot see how employment prospect is an issue because am going for a management course and telecoms is constantly growing. i tried to explain this in my SOP. My take is to apply for my GCMS Note and see what the issue is.

Sorry about the outcome of your application.

The prime driver behind your visa refusal was purpose of visit. You have failed to satisfy the visa officer that your proposed studies in Canada makes sense given insufficient information on how your proposed studies in Canada would improve career prospects to a degree that would offset the costs and expenses in studying in Canada instead of pursing programs available in country of residence.
Before reapplying, try your possible best to answer the above in your SOP, you will get it the third time.

Travel history is not a factual reason for a visa refusal.

It shall end in praises in your next application.

So sorry about CIC's ill-favoured decision on your 3rd application. I know exactly how traumatising this could be brother/sister because I have been there before likewise many in the house. I love your 'Never-say-die' spirit for reapplying a second and third time, also i understand how much of your invaluable time and resources you must have invested in this good fight. Come to think of it sir/ma, you are fighting for a good course and it is not worth quitting now. Please don't kill that 'Never-say-die' spirit within you and settle for less by accepting defeat now, I am convinced that you are close to victory. Kindly draw more strength from within and encourage yourself cos no one can do it better than you, also request for your GCMS note and seek advise where necessary to block every loophole before reapplying.
