1st stage is assessment test, 2nd stage is interview, 3rd is interview and 4th is documentation/medicals.

Ok. That means u are going for ur 1st stage interview, the aptitude test isn't part of the interview process.

For the 1st stage interview, just read abt the company and know what is required of u as an ESR. Finally, be confident, don't shiver or shake while answering questions. All the best!!!
