If it was up to me, I'd keep Rojo for his versatility (CB & LB) and offload Jones and maybe Smalling depending on Tuanzebe but I think one of Smalling or Jones will be retained for the fact that they are English and contribute to our home grown quota...

He is just versatile in his mediocrity. Too small and rough to be a good CB, too slow and lacking in skill to be a good LB.
When he is not injuring players with his rash tackles he is getting injured himself from his rash tackles.

We need good to great players in their proper positions not versatile mediocre players like Rojo and Darmian.

He is the worst of the 3 IMO. Smalling at least has some height and stays fit. Both Jones and Rojo are injury prone but Rojo is the worse defender.

I am not impressed by all the ishan and eegun ori he employs to try and win over the fans.
