Jose Mourinho admits Manchester United will have a “difficult season” if they do not sign any more players before the transfer window closes on Thursday.

“My CEO knows what I want for quite a long time," Mourinho said pre-match.

"He knows what I want, I know that he tries to do the best for me and I still have a few days to wait what is going to happen.

"The other clubs who compete with us are really strong and have fantastic squads, like Chelsea, Tottenham or Manchester City, or they are investing massively like Liverpool, that are buying everything and everybody.

Even in a friendly game. Thunder should fire the man out of this club . We just seat deep hoping the opponent loses the ball so we can counter. Rashford, our CF, even dey our half most times. This team can't make 2-3 passes in the opponent's half.
Building attack from the back is zero. Gk just kicks the ball to those upfront, as if Drogba was there, and Bayern takes it to start afresh.

I really don't understand Mourinho's tactic atall.. All we do is lob the ball forward wether Lukaku's there or not. De Gea just kicks it up to no one and Bayern keep collecting and knocking it around. Is this how we are going to be against any decent team again for another season? God help us

Well, looks like the aim is to have a reliable defence and snug out a draw in times when key players aren't available.

Even though i expect more from United, I'll give them a benefit of a doubt because this is only a preseason match and major players aren't available.
