Sorry to be a spoilsport, but to join the military first you have to be a landed PR for 3 straight years, spend another year processing your citizenship before you can apply.
You can be lucky though. They are thinking of relaxing the citizenship requirement.

All u need to do is send your certificate,ID and any other docs u deem necessary, in my case, I sent change of name docs to the email given while you ask your school to send your transcript via official email to them quoting the reference no u will be given at some point as subject. It used to take about 7weeks from the day u register.

I think some universities issue students a copy of their transcript at a fee especially if it had been issued before. why not inquire from your institution

You should maximize the time between now and when you get married. What you need to do now is to get your credential evaluated, register and study for IELTS because all this stuff wastes time and if you start after your wedding then that will take you another 3 months. By October/November, you should hopefully have your ECA done, and your IELTS result ready. Then, when you're married, you can register and you will most likely get ITA immediately.

I think the issue here is your IELTS being CLB 8 will give you 20 points out of total of 24.

Education if B.Sc gives you 21 points under Education out of total of 25

Age of 29 gives you maximum point of 12 under Age

Experience of 3 years gives you 11 out of 15 total

With no Canadian connection (Study, Sibling, Job Experience) or spousal contribution, no other points.

Above gives you total of 64 which is below required qualification threshold of 67.

So, you need to improve your IELTS, gain more experience, or additional postgraduate to boost your qualifying score.

I disagree with you though, have been using his steps and had never scored below 7 in writing module in my 2-attempts with ielts. so I believe its individual perspective. for me Jay and Liz have done well in their teachings.
