Support whatever u wish. Just realize that "moderate" is relative. Many people are incapable of moderate as you define it. What is moderate for u may not be moderate for them. Just accept that u r all equally sinners only redeemable through Grace.

Picture a gathering of seriously devout Christians. Can u imagine them spending their time imbibing liquor or smoking pot? There is a compass inside that tells them to avoid certain things. Most human beings are not equipped with the will power to drink without getting tipsy - that's why people drink!

How does this condone alcohol amongst devout Christians? Many of these people didn't even quite understand Christianity yet.
