Though he’s part-time now, John Cena comes to mind. That’s without mentioning those who may not cut traditional promos but are incredibly skilled with a microphone, like Bray Wyatt or Elias.

What exactly is Brock being portrayed as? I don't think it's as a coward. Bully, obviously. But I think something else. Haven't figured what, though.
Balor should leave. It's becoming painful to watch him waste on the sidelines. Infact, no more call ups. The only call up they've not completely trashed is Nakamura. They should just leave folks in NXT until they're sure they have plans for them

You don't usually choose a storyline. Creative gives you a storyline. Joe actually came up last 2 years. And he had already made a big name for himself before WWE. You can't compare him to Aleister's indie popularity or Velveteen's NXT grown career.

You can reject storylines. The reason Emma was removed from the roaster was because she rejected too many. Even John Cena has spoken about rejecting one in the beginning of his career.

Plus sometimes popularity is not all that matters, Alexa bliss and Carmella were not even noticed while in nxt. Remember Carmella used to follow enzo and big Cass but you can't compare their careers with the others.

No they don't and I know this cause I have checked. Most people only watch the main roster and outside their basic salary wrestlers have a percentage of their merchandise that is sold by WWE. So the money someone like Alexa bliss would get from such sales will definitely be bigger than that of let's say Johnny Gargano.

Its a job..when ur boss says do smething you do it...if you dont wanna do it you leave

Even when stone cold turned down a story with brock cant really remember the details vince made him pay although he survived cos he was a really big superstar and wwe didnt want to lose him to thier rivals wcw...even cm punk rejected a wrestlemania 30 match with tripple H and is still paying for it till now(cos i believe the reason they made brock hold this belt for this long is soo he will surpass punks record)

Rare case where it went well is when the sheild refused to lose to john cena and ryback just after they debuted...somehow vince saw sense in it...fortunately

What im saying is a wrestler cant just reject a storyline...they have mouths to feed unless ure stone cold ofcourse
