Relax. The other person who has your stuff is probably also looking for a way to resolve the matter and get their luggage back. This hasn't happened to me before but if I were in your shoes, I would relax and try to fix this with a cool head.

I will find a way to send it back. I am not sure the person carried mine and the tag number is long gone because they asked us to remove it.

The luggage is at JFK, not Utah. And I didn't mean that in a negative way. I guess the person is a business person and my own stuff was filled with food and drug I can never buy here.

I wanted to stay with someone for a while before I get my own place. They bought a lot of things and asked me to transport it for them. The luggage is lost now.
