Hi guys, For those of us that used HNWMC and got billed by Pediatrix for the pediatrician services, please be sure that the payment you made & discount given reflects on your account……………especially if you have been given a discount. In our own case, we got our bill early July - $1456; we called a number of times to request for a healthy baby package and after many calls they eventually gave a 50% discount - $728 and we were given until 3rd Aug to pay. At this point, our question to them was would they be able to send us a new bill that will reflect the 50% discount (The reason behind our question was for us to have a documented proof that we were given this discount when we present our docs at the Embassy or at POE in the future)? Every agent we spoke to advised that another bill cannot be sent out and that the discount and our payment will reflect on our account (mymedicalme account). After so much persistence, we were told that the request will be sent to central billing and so our account was on hold. The account was on hold for over 2 weeks and after several calls to them, we were advised that they cannot send out a revised bill. We eventually paid the $728. After 2 business days I checked our mymedicalme account and it was still showing : Payoff Amount: $728 Amount Due: $728 Due Date Oct 2018. So I had to call them again. I had to explain myself all over again to the agent I spoke with…..she advised that it will be referred to central billing and put the account on hold. It took them another week to rectify this, and finally our account is now showing Amount Due: $0. So if you used HNWMC/Pediatrix, please confirm your account has a Zero Balance to avoid stories that touch in the future. 4 Likes |

Healthy baby package is with pediatrix - the pediatrician that attends to babies in HNWMC whilst miracle moments is with the hospital. Truth is you can be on the miracle moments package and not access the Healthy Baby package. You have to specifically request it from Pediatrix , otherwise you end up paying over 1k USD as your pediatrician bill. expectingmum: |

Good evening all, it's really nice to be here, presently preparing for visa interview for DW and I...got all the information i need from this platform and am grateful.. Obviously delivery rates have increased recently thus making Doctores parati a strong option...my question is; 1. Has the rates for Doctores parati changed? 2. Has anyone used Doctores parati recently without harassment at the Interview/POE. 3. DW due early Next year. Any one going for missionary Journey at El paso should please inbox me, would love us to make accommodation arrangements. |

Hello everyone, I have been reading the post but i dont think i have a clear answer to my predicament. So my issue is that my passport is a virgin passport, I have only travelled to Ghana but after my wedding my husband requested that i apply for US visa which i did which is the normal B1/B2 visiting visa which i applied for in June and my appointment has been scheduled for September 26. I just discovered I am pregnant and don't know what or how to go about changing my visa to a medical visa so they do not think i am lying during the interview. Kindly advise me on what to do, what i need to have as I only have just a month to take action cause I do not want to be denied visa. Thank you very much |

bennyutin: 1. The rates have not changed in more than 14 years. Visit www.doctoresparati.com to see information on prices. 2. As long as you have your documentation (doctors letter), you are truthful, and have proof of financial solvency, you will not have any issues at your POE. 3. There are always people from Nigeria (and other countries) at any given moment at Doctores Para Ti in El Paso, Texas. 3 Likes |

Good morning peeps. DW, toddler and I just got into the USA through Chicago ORD. Flight was with LH from ABV INTERVIEW EXCERPTS: CBP Officer: Good morning, passports, please. Me : Good morning, hands over our passports. 2 green and 1 blue. CBP officer: Why are you here? Me: Childbirth and vacation. CBP officer : How long are you here for? Me : 17 days but DW and toddler will be here for 4months. I will be back in November to get em though. CBP officer: Have you got any cash and food to declare? Me : yes. CBP officer: Do you have your doctor's correspondence? Me: Yes please, hands them over. CBP officer: Stamps me in for 6 months, the toddler is one of em, no stamp. Then directs us to secondary inspection. Those ones kept us waiting for close to 30mins before calling DW into CBP office. They asked her if she had all the expenses planned out and not hoping to access any govt aid. Then advised her to keep all her payments receipts. Agric guys didn't check our bags cos I already stated we had dried snails, egusi, pap etc. We missed our connecting flight but that's fine, we got another. thanks to God, it was a smooth sail, hence, ORD nightmare myth is broken. 6 Likes |

Dont stress yourself my dear. Medical visas are usually for people with ailments, but unfortunately going to give birth also falls under medical Visa because you would see a doctor and go to a hospital. But not to worry, they are probably not interested in if you are pregnant or not. They just wanna know that you can afford to pay your Bill's and you would come back. NicoleObi: 2 Likes |
