The camera is still working? Just be extra careful when fixing it.

yes it's still working perfectly, just that the broken glass causes more lighting that affects the camera quality,. Just changing it will do better

You can just fix it using build prop editor

Nope it only wipes system data you can backup your apps via titanium backup but it won't touch your internal storage nor sdcard

Just format system,data,dalvic cache and cache leave the internal storage and sdcard on twrp.
After that flash in the rom zip file and then flash in lazyflasher in other not to be stuck on bootloop or go back to twrp.
