Actually, I don't poke nose into people's affairs. Honestly I don't. I was simply remembering an occurrence, because I know it happens.

This is what happens when fellow Witnesses stoop so low to follow trends in the world. Why bring in your pre marriage activity on an internet stage (especially like nairaland) and to further make an issue title it Jehovah's Witnesses style. Is it a set standard? Now see the interchange of discouragement it has caused, leading one to say he doesn't greet a certain kind of person and that one offering a vain explanation of a comment that was unbecoming. You miss my point, which was, they did something simple, paying the dowry, register in court and have a get-together party to celebrate. Something simple, which I loved.

But of course, as it common among Jws, when a marriage is no is done inside kingdom hall, they would all be suspicious. Did they do it? Is the bride pregnant? Which was why the elder, who was the chairman of the party used the opportunity to dispel the notion, without anyone asking.
