Hey guys, Started following this thread recently.

Couple months ago I ordered a redmi 5 plus from "Xiaomi official store" using Aliexpress app. It took them too long to ship (over 15 days), they kept making up flimsy excuses until i had to cancel the order. On 19th June 2018, i ordered a Redmi note 5 from "Eternal team" , another store on Aliexpress. They shipped immediately and the tracking information was available until it got the point where it says "Departed country of origin". This was on the 23rd of June. According to 17track the item was sent through Singapore post, although all does not state further detail regarding it's arrival. Further search on Nipost site has revealed nothing.

Today being 9th August, i am yet to receive my order and still anticipating a call or message from the post office. I don't know if any other person has had or is having a similar experience. Wish i had found this thread earlier. Looking forward to your responses.

New People or noobs that are ordering directly from AliExpress should do a little research not just buy from every kind of sellers because you see cheap price.
Check the review of each sellers related to the number of orders from your country you are ordering from.
Just navigate to latest feedbacks and click on any picture ,using Nigeria as an example. You will see Nigeria flag. Just click the flag and see your country men reviews. By this , you can get the idea of shipping time and how reliable the sellers are. Do it for other stores.
To me ,goldway Hong Kong has the fastest shipping time averaging 10 to 12 days to get to naija even better than mi official. Hope it helps.
