@all - digging out someone's stock pick especially when it doesn't come to pass is not good. The person that made the prediction may have made it from its own perception of the market as at the time, which can change even in the next hour due to the volatility of the market. I want to reiterate that no one is perfect about stock pick, you can only speculate based on your perception (TA, FA, candle, stick, chart & Hope) of that particular stock.

Once again, let us desist from digging peoples' post. it looks more to me like mocking that person. Rather, we should be more diplomatic in our approach to such picks even if we did not agree with it, as no one is under obligation to dish out any stock recommendation, but based on the common purpose we all share on the forum, which is to make the best out of the market.

Finally! The news that will herald the bullish bounce.

This is only a notification to the outside world that Nigerian stocks are now cheap enough and ready for business.

We have a political climate that is unfolding,” the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission’s head of strategy, Mo Omamegbe, said in an interview in Lagos. “That political climate is uncertain. You can’t do anything about it. The hope is that the rhetoric on both sides of the political spectrum is such that there are no unwanted effects on the market.”

People are just waiting until the election is over before investing in Nigeria,” Paul Clark, a money manager in Johannesburg at Rand Merchant Bank’s Ashburton Investments, said by phone Friday. “The economy isn’t doing too badly and the companies aren’t doing too badly. But the downturn is a function of general riskier sentiment. We won’t see any new investors coming into the market as we move toward the elections.”

It's important for people to read the article so that those who think that election uncertainties have no impact may start having a second thought, and adjust their plans accordingly.
