Dude should have been taken to hospital so he can get naloxone or any other opiod antagonist to reverse the effect of tramadol overdose. I clicked this because it said "more photos" only to see the same old one from the first day the story was posted. That man is not sleeping, he's either recovering or slowly dying from a brain injury. The police has shown its ignorance in the statement about trying to wake him. In nowhere was it stated that a doctor was called to examine the subject. Nigerians will keep laughing about this situation until we finally hear the able young man gave up the ghost from lack of nutrition and medical care. |

In sane countries even mass murderers shot during their arrests are given medical attention because they are just suspects until a court of law finds them guilty.
