Okay. I eventually got the swift Nomad modem yesterday at Ikeja. Agents are funny o. One told me the runner was 20k with 20GB though she has it in stock while others told me it is 8k but they are out of stock.

What I really want to know, should I not be given the Swift sim card pack containing the PIN and PUK code?

Call them in the evening time not during working hours. It will take a while before they pick. You just have to be patient.

So what's NTEL services like right now? still bad or has there been any improvement lately?

Please has anyone been able to bundle their airtime to get data plan. I have been unable to use my ntel because their site myntel.com.ng is down. Even went to their agent where I did top up, he said their link is down and he can’t bundle..

Can I also bundle using the ntel app for Android? Can someone help me with the procedures?
