Infrastructural works like these takes very long to complete especially where it integrates into very dense urban areas and unfortunately for Nigeria the logistics of interfacing with Federal Infrastructure. That is why projects like these should have started decade ago when the technology was available. But lack of vision and foresight amongst out past leaders has truncated development. Lagosians should bear with themselves and wait patiently for progress.

It is like a middle aged man who missed school in his youth and wants to acquire a complete college education before his retirement. The urge may be there but the obstacles are massive so he has to be patient.
