What device and what rom are you using?

Solution 1 – Update Google Play Services to the latest version. You may be getting an error because you have an outdated version or the one you have is having a conflict/bug with the current rom on your phone. To check the version of Google play movies and tv you have running, go to SETTINGS > INSTALLED APPS > search for Google Play movies and TV. Open it, then tap on the (i) at the top right.

Solution 2 – Clear the Google Play Movies service cache. Steps :
Go to Settings > installed Apps.
Search for "Google Play movies and tv ” app.
Open the app details and tap on the “Force stop” button.
Then, tap on the “Clear data” button.

Solution 3 – no need to say this but restarting your phone might make the issue go away.

Solution 4 – update to the latest rom of your device. Where all else fails to resolve the issue, this may be the only solution.

Solution 5 - check if you disabled any system apps especially the Google related apps.

Just go to installed apps, show all apps then find google play movies and tv. Then click, restrict data for the two sims, and clear cache. It only occurs when you switch ur data on
