Yes, a lot of people, also in NIgeria attest to the same thing, cos Med has not been passed. They just scattered the process. IP1 and IP2 aer handled by different departments so you can be at any stage at any time.

I hope so but i heard they dont follow the trend anymore. Even my Medical have not been passed. neither have i gotten to IP1. I think they just want to be unpredictable. grin cheesy

Med passed isn't a big deal, max 2-3 weeks you will have it. So if your background checks have been completed by then, you are already 2/3 approved grin grin grin

You won't have to type in the date manually. There is a dropdown menu there that is in the format CIC wants.

OK. thanks

About some pages behind, someone talked about Prime Medical Consultant in PHC planning to stop carrying out medicals or has stopped. I'm sorry to say that information is untrue or probably the person misinterpreted the message. I've been in touch with them and they confirmed nothing of such. Medicals' still handled by them

I don't think this is correct. Prime Medicals said immigration medicals are suspended (for now). No known date for resumption.

You may visit or call them for confirmation.

Brothers/Sisters in the house,
I intend to use ICES for my ECA. On their site, I saw that the colour copies ( front and back) of transcripts are to be sent by the client. My question is, will the colour copies be sent by my university or will I be the one to send the colour copies separately to ICES.
Please reply me.

Hello guys

Very soon, very very soon CIC will start insisting on bank statements showing salary deposits for the number of years claimed as work experience and they will not accept that 'paid in cash' excuse. This is because of people like your friend.

CIC has their way of doing background checks and verifications. They can call, dig through posits and online profiles, see if his personal history doesn't add up, etc. Bottomline is they have their ways if if he is caught, its 5 years ban for misrepresentation straight!

Thanks for not quoting his post dear..People never learn..Coming online to ask us to assist with misrepresentation..Like the introduction of the WAEC requirement was not enough.

And it's always a friend grin

Another post referring to fraudulent activities.. you will give other Nigerians problems soon . We all know it will happen .

Please stop posting these fraudulent , corner cutting measures on this forum or online .

Maybe it's my legal mind showing through, this is how people will commit crimes and broadcast it to lovedones making them unwitting accomplices.

Best of luck to everyone.

Exactly. Its annoying and sad at the same time. See how Nigerians have been singled out by WES.

People need to always remember, na who them catch be thief. Others might have done it and gotten away with it, but this 'na me sharp pass' attitude doesn't pay and will not help his 'friend' in Canada.

I highly doubt myself and about 2 other people that posted about this issue misinterpreted it or heard them wrong. They very clearly told me last Thursday was the last day they would carry out medicals. While I was there they told nothing less than 8 callers same thing on the phone and informed them that unless they could find their way to Prime before 12 noon, they would have to go to Lagos or Abuja. Something may have changed between now and then. But that's what they said.

Good morning house, please I need clarification on my work experience.
I worked In a bakery before I got admission after secondary school
2008 to 2010,
then from 2011 to 2015 I was in University getting my degree.
Then I went for Nysc in 2016 in a school , I served as a teacher .
From 2017 till date I have been into business , I own a store.

Will it be acceptable to use my pre University work experience combined with my NYSC to claim 3 years experience ?
Because it is part of my last ten years experience abi.

Please I'll like some one to answer this question. It resonates with me too.

Naija for for sure..

Please be reminded under reasons for inadmissibility: misrepresentation, which includes providing false information or withholding information directly related to decisions made under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/inadmissibility/reasons.html

More on document fraud, misrepresentation: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/protect-fraud/document-misrepresentation.html

It doesn't matter when IRCC finds out. It may be 10yrs down the line after he/she has gotten citizenship. The punishment is harsh.
Not only that, all Nigerians suffer with stricter scrutiny of applications and delayed processing times.
