I Strongly believe that NDA is no longer producing soldiers because I keep wondering why the old men in aso rock will be gambling with their life in the name of Boko Haram and they voluntarily go to the slaughter house where they are killed in a painful manner. What happened to coup det'at.

A NIGERIA THAT IS NOT RESTRUCTURED POLITICALLY IS NOT WORTH DYING FOR.

You wasted your life fighting for a Nigeria state that does not value its heroes.

May the Almighty God comfort your family you left behind.

Rest in Peace.

It is not by force to remain united, I think we should be divided, Arewa republic , Oduduwa Republic and Biafra should be created
Many soldiers die on a daily basis
I remember someone said he will make this country ungovernable because he lost an election
I also remember a governor in the north and an ex general who were killed in an helicopter mishap, there death was planned because they made a statement that they know the source and sponsors of Boko Haram

Okadigbo you died a coward , no single rip for you

You are the most stupid human being in this earth. How can you be so heartless over the death of a fellow human being. I wonder what heroic effort your father and entire family have done for this country.

You will not know peace and happiness for saying this trash. I wonder what idiot like you stands to gain from tribalism. In case you are wondering, I am an ORIGINAL YORUBA MAN, unlike you bastards giving the YORUBA race a bad name.

Felix Emeka George (Okadigbo) was a comrade of the ever militant, ever reasonable LASU SUG. We gained admission into LASU same year (1999 intake to be precise). He majored in History and International Relations while I majored in Philosophy. He thereafter joined the Nigerian army. He attended many international courses and Nigeria just lost one of its finest soldiers. He died in an ambush in Yobe state.

We need to be careful of what we post online because you don't know who is reading. We shall revisit this your comment some other time. This is a mourning period for us his friends and colleagues. Rest in Perfect Peace FG Okadigbo.

It seems more soldiers are killed by Boko Haram under bubu administration than under uncle Jona.
Probably a game of numbers.

I personally have no sympathy for any soldier killed in this useless and foolish war.

The solution is simple. Divide this country and give northerners their stupid Sharia and see how quickly they will desend into becoming another lawless and failed Somalia while the south prosper and progress without Sharia.

It's the simple truth and we all know it.

STUPID BOY.... IS SOUTH SUDAN A SHARIA STATE?? IF 9JA IS DIVIDED, SOUTHERN NIGERIA WILL B WORSE THAN SOUTH SUDAN....

That doesn’t mean the man didn’t waste his life. I am a yoruba man like you too and I would never advice my worst enemy to join the Nigerian Army when the Hausas are still planning and killing southerners. Face the facts. Sorry for your loss.

Agba awo. Ododo oro leso sugbon, otito o le sope k’ama so ohun. This will serve as a lesson to other intending applicants to the Nigerian Army that Nigeria as presently constituted is not worth dying for.

At first I felt reluctant to reply to this your heartless reply cause everytime I see a comment like this on nairaland I cant help but to log out cause I can't see myself in the midst of people with a low reasoning and mentally disorder Nigerians. Imagine yourself to be the soldier who lost his life and been honour in this way, what would your reaction be looking down from heaven and seeing your dear country Ho outing your exit in that manner. That's not blood, should be the embalming fluid which is used for preserving corpses before burials. It's tragic seeing how full of life and handsome he looks in the first pic, and how shriveled he has become in death. This picture will traumatize his family forever, I know this firsthand, may God strengthen them.
I am just worried that if so many officers are being KIA, how about the rank and file who do the main fighting? Is NDA teaching our officers outdated battle techniques and strategy? Are they aware that "planting, rolling in mud and hanging" will not make our soldiers modern warriors rather most will become sadistic, vengeful dangers to society?
This officer was an asset, I gather, and had been at the front for far too long before his death. How can we be sending our best to die, without even giving them a fighting chance? How the hell does BH have more firepower and ordnance than NA, HOW? Rest in Peace Okadigbo, A true Warrior, I salute you.
