overall rating of 42.6. Also with a rating of 20.8/100 the city had the worst health care in Africa followed by Cameroon's Doula which got the second worst healthcare in Africa with a score of 25.0/100.

I have Lived in some cities in Nigeria Lagos Inclusive, I found out that irrespective of the fact that Lagos has lots of numerous job and business opportunities there are millions of people in Lagos who live in poverty. The worst is that these set of people cannot go back home because of the BIG name Lagos command. If you want to enjoy Lagos to the fullest zoom into the city sell your product, offer your services and zoom out to other serene and cool cities like Enugu and Owerri to enjoy clean and greener environment. I have even forgotten about traffic that one is hell.

I have been visiting Lagos in the last 10 years from UK and there have not been a better lagos than now. Improved Electricity, low crime, more organised transport , good infrastructures with Rail system developing by the side. That report is rubish.
