Had a great conversation today with a prospective franchisee. Relocating from USA like we did and believes in the revolution. He would like to bring it to Enugu!

That being said, we have interest in Ibadan, Abuja, Enugu. I'm also interested in Lagos mainland and PH. Any thoughts on other locations that would be good to expand our Nationwide warranty net? Shops don't have to be large. They can be 2-6 Bay shops, be existing businesses that want to convert or new from ground up.

Sorry about the sad memory. I don't really know any that will be willing. If you can, I'll suggest your organization sets up one rather than franchise. Even if it takes long to do so.

WHAT IS THIS OBSESSION ON NAIRALAND WITH "REPLACE ENGINE" AND "REPLACE COMPRESSOR/CONDENSER"??

Most of the time, that is not necessary and is only recommended because they either can't or won't diagnose what actual component in the system is causing the problem so they just replace the whole system.

Here's another example. 2010 BMW 325i. Car was at another dealership and wouldn't start. Of course you know what their solution was. Turns out after taking it apart it was just a camshaft bolt that broke in the head. No new engine required.

UPDATE: THE SAGA CONTINUES
so the bolt was as a result of a thirsty seized camshaft. SO... camshaft had to go!

2004 Jaguar X-type. Won't go in reverse. Dropping tranny to see what the problem is.

Vehicle was eventually sold at a stupid price because each time the Jag goes in there it comes out with a bill of nothing less than 200k.

I'm bringing it to Lagos, I don't wanna be scammed or given bad products, who can help me out, I was advised not to go to Ladipo or Itire on my own, I need a VW specialist who can handle my car and bring it back to life.

Yes, you can bring it to the shop and we'll help you find a replacement (if that's what's best) and do the work. We will of course need to know what the 400k worth of work done to it was and any magical kazeemization along the way.

Also, we do not recommend switching to a larger engine because of ac and would not do it if that's what you want.

Actually 1997 model C class MB. WDBHA23G5WA575457 Engine changed though to a similar type.
