Just bought a used korean ROCKET 100ah battery, from a battery dealer, he removed it from his car for me. The battery appears ok, but it discharges from 12.5Volts to 10.00volts in less than 30mins with only 65amps load. Checking the voltage again, it got back to 12.5Volts, can distill water help me out?

I couldn't find the power rating for the fan. But it's an 'OX' ceiling fan.

I have this safe power 3.5kva 48v interter with sla batteries
I don't know if it a common thing,
I noticed when the battery is fully charged,
Even after 5 hours+, the battery is still very warm and can hear it hissing,
To my view, during float the battery temperature shouldn't be too warm else it interprets its still charging with high current.
I don't know if its what I should worry about or its normal for the battery to be too warm and hissing.

From experience the UPS has a higher self drain than the inverters especially with the transformer, I cannot specifically say the self drain current but I know the modified sine wave transformerless inverter has a less drain than my UPS. But google can still help explain

i agrees with saint2face,i have used both ups n transformerless inverter to power same load on the same battery and I can tell you that ups consumes more power from battery than transformerless type.......
infact their idle current (no load current) differs
ups has big iron core transformer which get hots and really hot under heavier load
transformerless inverter get driven mostly by mosfet at the output which is mounted on the metal casing of d inverter itself which also makes sure no real heat occurs...cooling is included too
was able to get like 5hrs backup from d transformerless type from old 100ah ba3
same battery always shutdown at less than 3 hrs with same load with ups
the only advantage of ups that i know is Its ruggedness.... it can withstand abuse prior to transformerless type........
