As for walking, when you have an child that hit all milestones like magic, the ones that come slowly can affect you. My son's creche nanny always says God has a way of humbling children that think they are sharp . My boy walked at 9 months but at 18 months is still refusing most solids that have lumps. Point is, let her be, rushing her may even scare her and cause delays. So far she's cruising, she'll get over her fear and walk soon

Thanks mama. I read about those orthopedic shoes and was even going to order one from Amazon but a doctor told me not to worry about it to much until she was at least 3years old, cos since she wasnt walking just yet, the shoes may not work properly.. but its my job to worry. I sometimes secretly wonder if thats why she is not walking yet as she reached all her mile stones pretty quickly.

My daughter does that bellybutton twiddling especially when you bring food. First I was scared cos she has umbilical hernia, thought twas paining her, told mummy Z and also her paed who checked it out and told me nothing is wrong with her that she just being mischievous.
Now she knows that one is no longer working, she'll tell me poo-poo anytime I bring her food. I'll just tell her to poo it there that I'll pack it, if you leave her to poo, she'll run off to play.

Also, at 6weeks my baby was already weighing 6kg and when she clocked two months this week, we have switched to size 3 of molfix diaper.. I hope we are not going to the obesity route? Please mamas do you think her weight gain is normal?

Thirdly we are still battling heat rash on her neck and cheeks baby tribotan only worked for a while, sudocream not working only alters her fair skin...ive stopped her chicco cream and now use original coconut oil on her please what is the permanent solution for all this? Not like I even cover her too much. Please all don't jump and pass my questions thanks.

1. Put powder on her feet before wearing the socks. She may be sweating on her feet.

2. A healthy child growing chubby is what most people pray for, thank God for what you have

3. No clue, but I strongly suggest you leave her skin for a while. Just let it breathe and see

2: Obesity?? Are you or hubby on the chubby side? What was her birth weight? My son is already wearing size 3 cos size 2 is tight on him and we're experiencing explosive poop and size 2 can't hold it.
3: When my son had tiny rashes, I stopped everything I was using and allowed his skin to breathe. Bathe him and didn't apply ori or anything.

I thought they said infants can't use powder? I've had chicco powder but scared of using it cos of this reason. The weather is extremely cold we do apply mentholatum before the socks. Thanks for your suggestion I will try it out since the powder is safe.

Smelly feet Use cotton bud to clean in between the toes, minimize the socks unless it’s necessary.

Baby weight is subjective. Feed your baby right and don’t force feed. Their weight gain slows down after 6 months. As long as the gain follows the normal pattern, you don’t need to worry about obesity until the child is 2years old.

Heat rash: Don’t apply any cream or oil on her for sometime.

For the smelly feet you can wash between her toes when bathing her. I noticed my son hand a smelly hand too and it was peeling between his fingers maybe cos of too much covering so I started washing between his hands and also applied ori and allowed it to air dry and the smell is gone.

For her weight, it could be hereditary or you ask your doctor but I don't think there's an issue with her weight sha.

For the heat rash, I'm also in that club and I've even used agnesia powder but it's not working. I also use chicco soap and ori mixed with coconut oil as his cream.
