Don't be funny. She is wearing a headscarf that looks like turban. There is nothing wrong with it. Even in church, Christians are admonished to cover their hair if they are women. And use of henna is very common, in the North. It has nothing to do with religion. Even northern Christians use henna. So what is your problem? It can be washed off after a few days. It is not permanent.
