Actually they are right. Though porto-novo is the capital, the government does focus on cotonou more than porto-novo. Even at that, it should not matter. Since they claim it's their sufferistication that build up Lagos then they should have easily replicated the same for porto-novo.

Let them read and understand the importance of Igbos(especially) in Lagos. They want Igbos to leave Lagos that was a former capital of the country and a commercial hub of the nation.. Infact Lagos should be like Abuja, with Governorship office rotated from each region in Nigeria.. Imagine when a group of people say they own New York and ask other Americans to leave it for them and go back to their states , does it even make sense..
