Patrioticooduan: We have the master plan. DAWN already studied it and invited consultants. This is not the time to roll it out. Look how Yanminri has bastardized infrastructures in Lagos. You can imagine what would happen if we transform West with the mapped out vision. It will be a total disaster. Lets just leave things as they are now...old, decrepit and rusty.
