This here my brother is pure undiluted truth... You know Ive been wondering, during mou 1st season, we were mounting waves upon waves of attack, we always attacked but d problem was that we were so wasteful,so what changed? Could it b because of change in focal point of attack to lukaku? Surely ibra is more intelligent,with some basic hold up and link up play with some nice interchanging movements... I feel that's where it started to go wrong for mou...he bought d wrong striker

I don't know about that bro. I agree Lukaku has some shortcomings most Man Utd striker have in their arsenal but his goal scoring ability is there for all to see. He scored 10 goals in his first 9 games man. If only Mou devised a way for our attackers to get the ball to him in the box things would've been okay. If he'd found ways of instilling that hard work of his first season in his players while giving others the freedom to take shots and score we'd be fine.

For all I know, he might be micro-managing the players heavily, leading them to want to play exactly according to his instructions which will confuse them and kill any creativity they have.

Nobody is denying d fact that rom is a goal scorer, even if he goes to Madrid,he would still score,but we all know there are some kind of games in d ucl that rom would b found wanting.... Cos I honestly remember how I was always insulting ibra for missing chances upon chances... Burnley game at Old Trafford comes to mind... I remember diadem defending ibra that it wasn't really clear cut chances but it was his movement and awareness that created those chances...

Now I'm in no way absolving mourinho of anything, but like I said I was just researching our 1st year under mou,apart from matic it's basically d same team with lukaku being d diff...d thing is that guy gives his best and plays his heart out but he still doesn't cut it for me... Look at him at d World Cup against France, just when his country needed him d most, he dissapointed as usual...

My advise is that if mou is eventually sacked,these current crop of players won't turn to world class overnight cos it's not just there

I'm not a huge fan of Lukaku either but that boy isn't a hollow shell. He might not turn out in some matches but he can score lots of goals in others.

On a very good season, lukaku could give u average of 25 goals not withstanding the club, but there are tiny moments in some kind of matches that the quality of your centre forward has to show... Now lemme use rvp as ref...against city at d ethiad, did you see his linkup with young that led to the 2nd goal? Mehn there's always that touch of magic and technicality... Lukaku just doesn't have it... Imagine..for all his size,he still doesn't win aerial balls... It's frustrating now, if he were to contest an aerial ball with paddy McNair,he would still lose it....

The good thing about him is that he actually gives his best, now whether that best is good enough is a matter of opinion

Inasmuch as morata is useless, Lukaku still doesn't cut for me at united. There are technical deficiencies in his game that limits his performance.

Its as if he tries too hard to do simple things.

But he can't be faulted for trying.
