I feel you should spend more time reading about domaining before jumping into the market. $148 is def not what I'll pay for that name. There are better names at lesser price IMHO

You got me laughing seriously. Before u go for auction on any marketplace, u must have a budget and be able to differentiate a good domain from a bad one and also a domain worth buying. I am not saying this domain is bad but I would rather get a 4L dot com with that money if I were you.

Even if it is not good; please don't go back. You should have made enquiries before placing any backorder on any name. Going back will tannish our image on that marketplace. Well! the domain is not bad anyway. You can sell it there again when ready to do so.

This is why I always hammer on knowing what to buy before going for expired domains; it is not as if everything expired are good domains.
When you rush in to the biz then you will rush out of the biz.

Go to manage your domains, check mate the domain you want to get configured, to your right there's a round blue ball when highlighted says DNS click on it.

select the source record you want to edit, in your case you click SPF/TXT
You fill in the hostname (most likely @) and the text record, and set ttl to 3600 (lowest setting to ensure quick dns changes) and click submit

Reply them that you're a good person that has never engaged in any fraudulent activity(or something similar) and that you wish to know how your account can be unblocked.
As someone rightly mentioned, when any new account is opened, the next thing is they'll block it and wait for you to contact them for verification. Godaddy does it too and even many other sites.
