My former work place usually pay salary by direct bank transfer or sometimes by cash.
Pls how can this be written on the reference letter.

Within 24hrs... There are other thibgs to worry about like POF, Ref Letters, Medicals etc

Two things are involved here, if you are using payment through bank definitely you need to provide SOA that shows this, secondly, if you are going for payment by cash, payslip is ok.

Good, attach the SOA to the letter and please try to get 3-6 months payslips for the cash payment. This can be done on letterhead papers. Let's avoid ADR to the barest minimum

Mapletins thanks for the suggestion. I would consider that option too. Did you recently apply for UK PCC? Just trying to figure if this "transaction declined" error is a recent issue.
