The Sd625 gives about same amount of lag as Helio P23 processor. MTK stepped up with the P60 tho. Reviewers say it runs cooler than SD636. Also faster and more efficient for gamers.
MTK is doing to snapdragon and Kirin what Xiaomi is doing to Samsung and Huawei with their Pocophone.

Good thing is CPU and other phone hardware isn't as good or bad as you believe it is. Everything can and have be tested/compared.

Between Sd636 and S845, there are 3 or more faster Snapdragon processors e.g SD660, SD710, SD835
