Your suggestion would screw him up real good, unless you are kind enough to put him through the steps of updating his info with the embassy

My interview date is decembe 4 in Abuja and my proposed date of travelling is december 23rd .My fear is if i decide to fill another form i might no be able to get a date before my proposed date of travelling as it is now interview date has reached 21st december in abuja..pls whats the way forward now.

Check the U.S Embassy website for Nigeria.

N.B. You can go along with your Bank Statement but they may not check it. (Visa fees, DS160 confirmation, appointment page and your international passport)

Please need urgent advise, interview is in 2weeks, and just detected the contact person my mum is going to stay with job details wasn't filled. As we have issues then. When I click on organisation, it didn't respond as it took me to relative and its been over 30 days we booked.

Can we fill a new ds 160 or edit it and not alter the interview date and also hope it won't spark any issues.

Ignoring to put the USA contact job details, will it pose any negativity on the visit visa.

Also, can one travel days/weeks b4 the intended date of arrival.

I went for my interview in Abuja and was given the yellow slip for administrative processing.
I have gotten a mail from the embassy to pick up my passport at DHL office in Abuja.
Unfortunately, I'm in Lagos at the moment.
I'll like to know if my passport can be picked by by proxy with a 221g form and what is required?

Based unto the logistics above I will STRONGLY RECOMMEND what I call "portfolio 419" and the summary of all you have to do is tell the visa officer all these better things whey your madam do.

Hi Oyinu,

Its a shame people have been making fun of you indirectly and you didnt read inbetween the lines

I have to be very blunt with you, do not bother applying for the Visa as they will clearly refuse you because your wife already filled you in her application.

Maybe you can have a way of changing your details with Nigeria Immigration and get a new passport (I doubt this but then this is Nigeria anything can happen) so that you are applying with your son like a normal person and hope for the best.

Once you go to the embassy with your present circumstance you wont get the visa and all future application too will be refused as your wife has overstayed her visa and didnt pay her bills.

There is nothing like luck in your case or miracle, it is a very clear situation.

If is for Visa interview purpose, you don't need flight booking before your interview.
