95% of what the op wrote up there is fallacy,

How will sugar intake cause Diabetes, Diabetes can either be Type 1 or 2. Both types occur when either the pancreatic Beta cells ain't secreting enough insulin, or when receptor cells don't recognise it. Sugar high intake only have effect on people with Diabetes , which lead them to hyperglycemia. And ppl without Diabetes, no matter the sugar level, will be regulated with type. ( Too much glucose is being converted to glycogen)
3. Sugar( starch , carbohydrate ) are all being converted to glucose in the body. I have never heard or seen where too much glucose decreases Intelligent Quotient.

4. sugary food - diahorea , I can agree to that.
but dysentery


In regards to sperm cells and ejaculation, I can't find the relativity to eating sugary stuff.

We can relate to an extent to some of the points you raised but you need to back up some of them with clinical evidence. However, your point 2 can be misleading that sugar causes Diabetes. While we are not advising that someone should take excess sugar, it is worthy of note that sugar does not cause Diabetes.

Type 1 diabetes is caused by an autoimmune disease which affects the person’s ability to make any insulin. It isn’t entirely clear what triggers the development of type 1 diabetes. Researchers do know that genes play a role; there is an inherited susceptibility. However, something must set off the immune system, causing it to turn against itself and leading to the development of type 1 diabetes but definately not sugar.

People with type 2 diabetes do make insulin but it may not be enough, or their bodies cannot use the insulin that is made.

For diabetes patients, controlling blood sugar helps prevent kidney disease and eye complications, particularly diabetic retinopathy – a serious disease that can lead to blindness.

It is misleading to use the word WILL like it's 100% certain that one will have those negative reports. Firstly, do u know that Ana average European and American eat more sugar than you or I? Hardly do they consume anything bitter yet they are healthier.
I agree that u may be prone to some medical issues but genetics also play a big role. Some people till old age consume sugar and they are not diabetic.
Have you heard of sugar rush? It is a source of quick energy. Ability to break it down in your body is also vital. Please make further research and stop misleading people.
