If political calculations are correct then APC, fielding PMB, may win the presidential election and the north may hold on to power till 2023 and that is assuming giving the health condition of the President he completes his tenure. Thereafter, it is believed power will go to the S-W by 2023 for eight years up till 2031. At this point in history if the S-E should play their game well they may clinch the presidency till 2039 when power return to the north once again and that is 16 years after! In between though other regions may have a go at the presidency.
Now, the other scenario is the one that almost guarantees eight years for the north till 2027,and that is if the north votes en masse a pdp candidate from the north. This scenario best suits the north at present.

Yoruba people keep fooling themselves that they will produce the presidency in 2023.

That is possible if PMB wins the election and Osinbajo remains the VP. The Tinubu factor may then play in but this will definitely not favour the north in the long run since the S-E must insist on their own turn

Nobody will hand the Presidency to you on a platter of gold for sure, but for the political survival of Nigeria the S-E sure deserves it you will agree

Am not after who or from Region the president is coming from what I after is the restructuring. There is nothing concern the people of England who the Ireland vote for as their head of Government and the wales has no business with affair of Scotland still they are understand the British Empire. Am fed up, I repeat, am tired of talking about North, Southeast or Southsouth. All what I after is development of Ile Yoruba. Northern believe in power more than any region in this country still they are the one battling with poverty in this country still nothing to show.
It's true that they don't want the restructuring but mark my word, time is coming that they will be running from bole to pillar in the country beging for the restructuring.

I think it is better for the Northerner for the presidency to be zoned to South perpetually. I served in the North, there is no effect of thier hold unto power on the citizen up north, many are stack illiterate, death rate are very high, early marriage, they have young children pushed into Alimojiri system. Only God know the kind of Islam they practiced, is not the same Islam you have in United arab emirate, Dubai, Kuwaut even iran. That place is too backward. if they like may them hold power forever it is not for thier citizen but their feudal master
