Sorry iv been carried away with the rebuild repair - thread and I skipped this.

The 3.3 volts is a PCM generated representative voltage. It is not the actual output reading. That would be in milliamps. It will stay relatively steady as long as the mixture does not change rapidly.

An oxygen sensor will typically generate up to about 0.9 volts when the fuel mixture is rich and there is little unburned oxygen in the exhaust. When the mixture is lean, the sensor's output voltage will drop down to about 0.1 volts. ...

use a more advanced diagnostic equipment to see all the voltage readings.

Mr Gazzy..good day,I hav a Corolla 2004 with tapping sound in the engine bay,my technician diagnosed and found out that flexplate is bad,I read online that if not properly done the issue could reoccurring and hereby damage transmission...pls I want to know what causes this issue and if it's an easy fix or I submit to you
N/B bought this car tokunbo 10 months ago,I didn't change the gear oil in it...kindly assist

Errr....they have not opened the gear nor engine,
Flexplate is what we know as flywheel

Only seen this once in 9years on a corrola. How did technician know flexplate was bad?Did he separate transmission and engine?

please Bring it in for further diagnosis.

Good evening oga gazzuz. I just realised lately that my coolant reservoir gets empty too soon but the one in the radiator remains there for as long as it can. Whenever I refill the reservoir, it gets empty again. I have stopped refilling it to check if the one in the radiator will dry off soon but its over 1month now and its still there. What could be the cause and what can I do to fix it? Thanx boss

Wow! What a piece.
Took my time to digest all d 17 pages...
Well, I think to cut cost, I might go for rebuild/repair if d cost isn't too much sha! It's still functioning at let's say 65% efficiency, just that it has been abused by previous owner, I'm just trying to bring her back to life. So the parts that might need replacing might not be that much/expensive.

Heck no will I be spending over 100k rebuilding an engine when I can buy a good tokunbo for 75k.
But I'd still like to know d price of d engine still.
