These are my questions: Is Maxi generator 80EK (8kw/10kva) capable of producing 10KVA output? Why is Maxi 80EK going for N210K (Fouani store) while Elemax of the same output is going for more than N1 million (Konga)? Your input will be appreciated.

What is a good diesel generator 10- 15kva?

Hello everyone, pls I just got a used Elemax 1900 from someone. The gen leaks oil on usage. How can I fix that? Also, how often should gen oil be changed?

and u normally change oil at most every 25-30days of usage

first maxi can't give u up to 10kva, the maximum is 7-7.5kva

secondly. Elemax is an original Gen is a Japanese product, while maxi is a China product,


thirdly. the diesel u are talking is it on sound proof or is the open one?

The generator i mentioned above is a tiger 2700 and it makes noise even though it's not faulty. How can the noise be reduced. Thanks
I changed the tap after I noticed the old one was leaking when left opened. After a while I noticed the engine oil has somehow mixed with petrol. My question is can petrol from the tank find its way to the oil reservoir. Is this why it now burns more fuel . Thanks for your anticipated response

the solution is for the cabrator to be service and fuel need to be gauge , or u change the cab,

3. ur consumption of the fuel is either engine too high or, cab need to be charge

Pls house,I feel my generator has started consuming more fuel than it used to. I usually buy 10 liters and use for over 9 hrs. The last one I bought was barely 8 hrs. It's a 2kva generator

reduce ur gen speed and tight fuel consumption screw, I think u should review page 1-5 u will see some pic regarding that

Both product are good for domestic use, and people do sell their sumec gen set,just becos one or two part's is dead and could not get the original part to change it, and when they buy those substandard part the gen set can't give or produce at is capacity anymore just cost sometin is missing,
And I believe all sumec product can start developing fault between the minimum years of 2.

So what is a good product to buy then ? Say for 4.5 to 5kva ?

That generator is very noisy, and its fuel consumption is quite high.

Good morning, please I just bought a brand new elepac generator, 10kva. It's rather surprising that it cannot carry a 2hp Panasonic split AC. What can be the problem?

Good morning my people, please I need advise on my newly bought pasun ps3200. The generator seems to be consuming fuel. It runs for about 5hours on the first day and consume close to half tank. Though after buying the generator i called my mechanic to adjust and reduce the speed based on my small load because i only on 1Tv,dstv decoder home theater and a fan. Nothing more. But the mechanic after adjusting the speed i saw him adjust a screw on the carburetor. Will that be the cause of the fuel consumption or is normal for that type of gen to consume almost 6L in 5hours? Should i called him back to re-adjust the carburetor??

Is not normal, call him back to adjust it, if it didn't work then change cabrator
