Bro....please just go to wherever the marriage certificate was given to you and correct it. Then got to the court and get proof for back-up just in case. You can seek advice from others too.

Thank you to all contributors on this forum. I was issued UK visa ( 6 MONTHS) last week. My previous application was refused, I reapplied immediately using same document.

i did biometric same day with you a tls ikeja... 15 working days has passed on 24th, i think their is too much application because of the summer rush.
i think if your application is delay for more than the normal 15 working days and you did not get the not straightforward mail , i believe your visa will be issue... reason i receive my first application exactly 15working days and was denied, but today makes it the 16working days and i am feeling positive about this..

lets wait for the pick up mail i am sure they have issue the visa already... meanwhile did you get the not straightforward email??

You have to call UKVI. Ask them for the current status then tell them to escalate.

I think you should go there to find out whats happening i waited for mine too for a while only for me to gp and they said it has been for over 2 weeks and they even sent a mail but it was to the wrong email.

Mine was 14 days and they issued a visa so it doesnt matter

I finally called ukvi on my Son's application and I was informed a decision has been made. Immediately after the call, I tracked the application on the tls website and the decision made column has been ticked. So hopeful at this stage.

Solution to your problem is to go back to court that issued the said certificate. The court will bring out your file to compare the information you wrote down to the information on the marriage certificate. It will be corrected if there's any discrepancy.

That is what we get when we lie about our age when applying for passport without giving consideration to our other documents

that was ridiculously fast though...and it’s our first time of applying for UK...
